If you have children or animals, this ground floor apartment of a terraced house would be ideal for you. It has two enclosed private courtyards, where your kids can play safely. The second courtyard that is on the side of the bedroom is also your private parking space and closed by a gate.

Before entering the house you will have a beautiful porch with a fireplace and a dining table and chairs to be able to eat outside. In the house there are 5/6 beds divided between the master bedroom, the bunk bed in the corridor and the sofa bed that is in the kitchen.

Its location, being away from the beach, is very quiet because it is placed in a complex of terraced houses. The beach is 400 m away, if you want to take bikes or rent them, you can put them in the storage facility that is in the back yard.

To get to the beach you will have to pass via the Lecci, which is a street with a supermarket, bakery, newsagent’s , bar, pizzeria and various shops. When returning from the beach it is very convenient to stop to do the shopping.

At the beach you will have a free area where you can go with your sun umbrella or you can rent sun loungers and parasols at the various bathing establishments that are there. There is also a beach bar where you can enjoy refreshments with fresh drinks and ice cream. If you do not want to go home for lunch you can purchase hot or cold snacks there too.

The centre of the resort is 200 m from the apartment and with a short walk you will be on the main street. In the evening it is closed to traffic and becomes pedestrianised enabling you to enjoy the various events that the resort offers.
