We have three apartments of this type in the Rialto building. They are structurally identical and located one above the other on the first, second, and third floors. Apartment 5 is on the second floor, but reaching it is not a problem thanks to a convenient elevator that starts from the raised ground floor, accessible by going up seven steps.
Although the apartment is somewhat dated, it offers generous room sizes that ensure everyone has their own space, as well as plenty of natural light entering through the French doors in both the kitchen and the bedroom. The large wrap-around terrace, exposed to the morning sun, is perfect for enjoying a drink outdoors, relaxing, or storing beach items.
The apartment comes with its own reserved parking space equipped with a parking lock, allowing you to leave your car parked for the entire holiday and get around on foot, given the absolute centrality of the building. It overlooks the main street of the town and is located two floors above our agency.
