The villa is immersed in the green of the pineta, it has only 4 residential units that we always handle and is located very close to the beach, from the terrace of the apartment you can see the sea.

To get to the sea you have to go through a park where you will find children's games, basketball and tennis courts and cycling paths. At the beach you can choose to rent sun umbrellas and sun loungers at the bathing establishments or settle on the free beach. In addition, for a drink or lunch, you will find a bar with a large sea-view terrace.

The centre is 200 meters from Villa PAOLA and to reach it you walk along a narrow path that crosses the pine forest. In the centre you will arrive in Via Dancalia which is the main street of the resort. Here the first stores you find are a supermarket, butcher’s, hairdresser, bars, pizzerias and restaurants.
