We recommend this single-family house for groups or families of 4/5 people. The location is magnificent! Nestled in the pineta of Eraclea Mare and a short walk to the beach, where you can find various establishments that rent parasols and sun loungers. There is also a beach-side terrace for drinks, ice cream and snacks. If you prefer the free beach, there is a very spacious one nearby that’s perfect for children.

The supermarket, bakery, bar / ice-cream parlour and newsagent’s are 500 m away. To reach them take a pleasant walk or go by bike on one of the various pedestrian/cycle paths through the pine forest.

If you prefer to get to the bungalow by car, you have to make the external road that runs around the resort. You will not be so close to the center of Eraclea Mare, but the tranquility that this location offers you will not be found in other places.

The property inside is cozy and with its two bedrooms (one double and one with 2 single beds) can accommodate 4 people. Also, if you have a 5th guest the bed armchair that is in the dining room will be useful.

The windowed bathroom is small and functional and has a shower cubicle. Outside, a portico equipped with table and chairs will allow you to have breakfast outside, enjoying the fresh air and the scent of maritime pines.
