This end terrace villa is in a very convenient location to the beach, you can see the beach and the park from the window. There is no lack of tranquility here as well as contact with nature. The villa is located in a small complex of only 5 dwellings surrounded by a large garden where you can also park 2 cars

The villa is divided into two floors: ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor you have a dining room with kitchenette and a double sofa bed. If you want to eat out, just go out of the dining room door window, you will have a space with table and chairs all for you!

To get to the first floor there is a wood staircase that has safety gates for the children, placed at the top and bottom. There is a double bedroom and a walk through room with bunk beds, a bathroom with a window and a shower. This villa is ideal for a family with 4 children or for groups of up to 6 people.

The beach in front is equipped with parasols and sun loungers and are available to rent. If you prefer just sand, you can find the free beach 150 m away.

There are also beach bars for a light lunch, snack or ice-cream .In the park that is behind the beach you can find a tennis court, basketball courts and children’s area. There are also many cycle paths.

The supermarket, butcher’s, newsagent’s, bars and restaurants are only 5 minutes away on foot.
